The Manager of Microsoft (MSFT) Tech for Social Impact (TSI) plays a significant role in growing Pax8 Microsoft Non-Profit Revenue by managing the Microsoft Tech for Social Impact relationship, managing Microsoft non-profit product pipeline, TSI forecasting reporting, and promoting sales enablement across the floor by effectively aligning sales plays and product marketing efforts in the non-profit partner sector. They serve as an external and internal “customer” of Microsoft TSI by mobilizing partners to consume Microsoft non-profit resources and participate in Microsoft TSI programs related to building demand gen, generating awareness, and standing out in the market. The Manager empowers our partners to assist non-profit organizations with the SaaS needs, creating new innovative ways to support the non-profit community through collaboration of our partners as well as manage and drive key Microsoft TSI projects through the organization and partner community.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage the overall business strategy to Target Partners (Recruit) Non-Profit by building scalable cloud business plan utilizing Microsoft templates and guidance with a Microsoft non-profit focus
  • Build repeatable/scalable solutions for DEI & Microsoft TSI as well as assist Pax8 partners with building compelling offers that address top customer scenarios in a repeatable method with a non-profit focus
  • Create and manage the sales strategy with Sales leaders to drive NET new partner recruit to transact Charity SKU’s and paid non-profit SKU’s
  • Support strategic webinars, events, and conference calls with Pax8 and Microsoft non-profit partner community
  • Assess partner development capability to create/manage innovation of enablement and GTM resources for Microsoft non-profit offerings and mobilize aligned channel partners to consume Microsoft resources and participate in Microsoft TSI programs
  • Innovate new investable models for Microsoft TSI with proposed marketing goals including the proper use of Microsoft partner marketing materials and incentive funding on the right set of activities
  • Ensure partners are equipped with the right tools and resources to compete effectively against every competitive scenario they encounter in the non-profit market
  • Deliver weekly and monthly forecasts & QBR/MBRs for TSI to the Pax8 Microsoft team and Microsoft TSI team by providing reporting on partner activities and progress with a non-profit focus to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Explain Microsoft profitability and opportunity relevant to Pax8 with a focus on TSI/non-profit programs and offerings


Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • At least three (3) years’ experience working in Sales and/or Business Development
  • Experience with Account Management
  • Knowledgeable on Microsoft Non-Profit offerings and involvement with non-profit organizations
  • Highly organized with project management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven success in selling through the indirect channel; passion for empowering partners to serve their customers
  • Knowledge of, or demonstrated ability to learn and sell Microsoft Non-Profit SaaS products
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver presentations in live and virtual environments
  • Demonstrated ability to create a scalable business plan to drive the business, analyze results and make appropriate modifications to continually improve execution
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate effective business reviews
  • Ability to engage cross-functionally to request resources and coordinate events
  • Background in Microsoft cloud solutions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills: writing, editing, and presenting in front of groups
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executives
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills


Required Education & Certifications:

B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience


Compensation:

  • Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $72,000 or more depending on experience

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
