Accelo is looking for a tech-savvy, confident, empathetic and hardworking individual to join our all-star Professional Services team. This position is directly responsible for the successful Implementation of Accelo’s new customers, driving client retention at the earliest stages of their Accelo journey. 

You will need to become an Accelo product expert and change management guru so you can comprehensively convey the value and usage of each part of the Accelo platform to customers with varying levels of comfort and experience with technology. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, detail oriented individual capable of leveraging their technical skills to solve challenging business problems. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Serve as an Accelo product expert; maintain an in-depth understanding of the Accelo product structure, core concepts, methodology and approach to service operations. Team members should continuously educate themselves on new developments and improvements to integrations.
  • Work directly with clients to understand their goals and objectives with Accelo and translate those requirements into best practices in the Accelo platform. 
  • Build implementation plans to deliver on client's objectives, and manage timelines and budgets. Appropriately set client expectations for deliverables within budget, scope and timeline.
  • Configure client accounts based on a combination of client specifications, existing workflows and Accelo best practices, including assisting in Integration setup, data migration and account settings
  • Build a training plan to assist clients with change management as they onboard team members
  • Deliver engaging, educational and fun customer training sessions to coach new customers through the implementation of complex software
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional licenses, professional services, or support
  • Maintain positive customer relationships by proactively identifying challenges, addressing where possible, and engaging the appropriate internal resources
  • Serve as client advocate with internal Engineering, Support and Product teams for the duration of a client’s Implementation project
  • Provide quality feedback to our Engineering team regarding active issues and trends
  • Actively participate in cross-functional initiatives that improve the client experience at Accelo, including leading Best Practice Webinars
  • Identify, initiate, and complete opportunities for process improvement

Who we're looking for:

  • Ability to convey complex concepts to people with varying levels of comfort and experience with technology
  • Experience building project plans and managing them as a portfolio of projects
  • 3-5 years experience Implementing or Onboarding Clients to a new software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, problem-solving skills, patience, and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
  • Self-managed individual that is confident and accountable for their work - with the adaptability to lean in and help others when the opportunity presents itself
  • You are flexible and have the initiative to dig your teeth into our clients’ complex business processes, and all sorts of projects that improve the customer experience!

  • Experience working with API’s
  • Experience working in a Service based SMB

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 base salary depending on experience
