Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Ops Team Lead/Process Assistant to join our Logistics Center Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational functions in the most cost-effective manner, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality goals are met for both internal and external customers.

What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, train, and mentor associates, providing performance feedback and coaching to maintain high productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.

  • Develop and manage production schedules, resource allocation, and incoming/outgoing shipment processes to ensure timely completion of job assignments and maintain accurate warehouse inventory.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational safety standards and operational procedures by actively monitoring, correcting, and reporting on at-risk and positive team behaviors.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of one to two years of experience in warehouse or logistics leadership, specifically in warehouse fulfillment or e-commerce management.

  • Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and the ability to monitor daily production metrics to dynamically meet company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Proven ability in conflict management and team dynamics, fostering open communication and positive employee morale across all levels.

  • The capability to perform the physical requirements of the job, including frequent walking, standing, and lifting at least 40 pounds (weight may vary based on facility requirements).

What We Offer (Benefits)

Location: Auburn, Washington Shifts: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with your experience. The hourly pay for this role is $27.00 - $31.00.
