This is a 40-hour/week contract position.
About the Role:
The Operations Support Associate is an administrative role focused on supporting our title team through timely and accurate handling of lender communications. You will be responsible for monitoring and assigning lender emails to the correct files, facilitating the management of secured emails, and completing other support tasks that keep transactions moving efficiently. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to build a career in the title and escrow industry while contributing to a fast-paced, growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Learn to use our title production software, and complete corresponding actions within it
- Serve as the primary point of triage for inbound emails requiring manual review
- As familiarity and performance are demonstrated, support phone communications
- Conduct quality review of all documents for signatures
- Identify documents for needed actions as per Lender Instructions
- Sort and file necessary documents for recording
- Facilitate the management of secured emails
Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ years of experience in title & escrow needed
- Excellent phone, email, face-to-face and remote communication skills
- The ability to multitask and focus as required and to be proactive
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven work environment
- Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills
- Open minded to process changes, continuous system updates and enhancements
- Have a driven, positive attitude and ability to work as a team player
- Proficient in using various computer programs and ability to navigate educational, company-provided resources
