Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Imaging Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the high-quality digitization of physical assets by operating advanced scanning equipment and performing precise data verification. You will work alongside a dedicated team of information management professionals committed to securing and digitizing our customers' most important data.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Operate and maintain high-speed imaging and scanning equipment to convert physical documents into digital formats according to precise project specifications.

  • Collaborate with the operations team to verify document quantities and ensure data integrity throughout the scanning process.

  • Ensure compliance with Iron Mountain’s security standards and document handling policies to protect customer confidentiality.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1+ years of experience in a production, imaging, or document management environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Personal Computer (PC) operations and scanning hardware functionality.

  • Proven ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while meeting production deadlines.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
