Job Description

We are currently seeing a part-time (15 hours per week) Operations Project Manager to support the Audience Strategy & Growth team in executing and overseeing marketing campaigns across Web and email.

Responsibilities:

  • Build ad placements across key marketing levers including email and TED.com

    • Execute and oversee campaign setup across TED’s tech stack, including SailThru, Hubspot and Salesforce

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet performance goals.

  • Work with stakeholders across Product, Brand Creative and the Marketing team to gather materials, produce ads, QA and test

  • Maintain all tracking & infrastructure across various channels and platforms to ensure accurate and compliant data collection & processing (UTMs, Chartable pixels, etc)

Qualifications

  • Strong familiarity with project management and planning tools, like Airtable 

  • Familiarity with building or managing ad builds across email and Web, with specific experience in Sailthru

  • Familiarity with HubSpot

  • Familiarity with Mixpanel

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills

  • Able to work independently

Additional Information

Location: Remote or NYC

Compensation: $50 - $65/hr (15 hours per week)
