We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead our team and day-to-day activities in Mexico. This is a key leadership position, responsible for ensuring operational excellence, developing people, and supporting Draiver’s growth in the region.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee daily logistics and vehicle movements, guaranteeing on-time and high-quality execution.
  • Manage and lead the local operations team, setting clear goals and ensuring accountability.
  • Build a performance-driven culture through coaching, feedback, and development.
  • Track KPIs and operational metrics, using data to improve results and processes.
  • Strengthen relationships with clients, ensuring that expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Product, Tech, Finance, HR) to align local operations with global priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
  • Driver Supply & Engagement: Build and manage a reliable driver network, implementing strategies to recruit, onboard, retain, and incentivize high-quality drivers.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics, gig economy, mobility, or tech.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing teams.
  • Strong leadership skills: clear communicator, problem-solver, and able to make decisions under pressure.
  • Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
  • English is desired.
  • Experience in fast-growing or startup environments is a plus.
