As a TI Operations Intern, you’ll go right to work—you’ll be a contributor, not just a trainee—as you gain hands-on exposure to our business systems and methods of operations.

As a TI Operations Intern, you’ll apply the skills you’ve gained in school while developing valuable professional and technical skills.
Your internship projects may include work in areas such as:
Product Operations, Manufacturing Planning, Customer Operations, Logistics, Platforms
Examples of projects include:
- Monitoring product support at key manufacturing sites
- Performing supply and demand analysis
- Analyzing supply strategy and factory optimization
- Improving reporting through automation
- Applying supply chain and logistics knowledge to reduce costs, assure supply and streamline processes
During your internship, you’ll learn from experienced operations professionals, gain exposure to multiple aspects of global supply chain and operations, and see firsthand how operational excellence enables TI’s innovation at scale. You’ll also build lasting connections with peers and mentors who will support your career growth.

QualificationsMinimum requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics/Management Information Systems or related business field
Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
