Description

Euronet seeks to employ a proactive ATM Operations Coordinator, to join our Operations team in Morocco and be part of a Global organization.

The successful candidate will be based in Marrakesh with mission to support and oversee the Operations activities of our ATM Network in Marrakesh.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate with third-party service providers (Security, Installation, Transportation, etc.) for ATM installations and de-installations across Switzerland.
  • Monitor ATM operations, ensuring quick resolution of faults by service providers, and act as the main contact for on-site engineers/technicians.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the sales team during new ATM installations and communicate with clients when needed.
  • Manage ATM inventory, track site status, and analyze network performance to suggest improvements, maintaining KPIs and reports for internal and client use.
  • Conduct site visits, train local staff, and provide remote support for incident resolution via phone or email.
  • Regular reporting ( service providers KPIs, internal reporting) and review of service performance with local providers .
  • Project management, testing and supporting implementation.
Requirements
  • University degree with Engineering or IT orientation, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Operations or Information Technology functions, in such sectors as banking, financial services, telecommunications or retail.
  • Prior experience in project coordination, ATM systems and ATM software will be considered a plus.
  • A proven track record in planning, issue management and quality assurance in complex IT and operational projects with different platforms and systems. A solid track record in on-time delivery of projects, meeting budgets and satisfying the functional expectations of different parties.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • International corporate experience.
  • Valid category B driving license.
  • Regular field work.
  • English – professional level.
