This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Logistics team at the global leader in implantable hearing devices! In this in-person role, you will be based in our warehouse in Centennial, CO.

The Operations Assurance Manager is responsible for leading, directing and managing the kitting, labelling and drill personal and operations. Driving compliance and regulation changes and improvements across all supply chain operations. Manage inventory and compliance with our surgical rental vender and compliance of labelling, Québec requirements kitting containment and processing. This manager will be critical within supply chain in audits and regulation changes and processes. This role will drive internal process improvements, by collaborating with both Internal and External Stakeholders. Working with cross functional teams to resolve and prevent issues that may impact recipient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to the Kitting and Surgical Rental teams with a focus on teamwork, performance, and quality. Lead recruitment, hiring, performance evaluations, and development planning in alignment with company guidelines and standards.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively to execute operational initiatives and drive continuous improvement. Monitor progress, resolve escalations, and address issues in a timely and transparent manner.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, as well as legal, quality and regulatory stakeholders, to ensure all supply chain processes are executed in compliance with applicable regulations and internal quality standards.
  • Oversee the surgical rental program and Québec by developing strong relationships with key suppliers, quality, managing daily operations, and ensuring accountability for equipment, kits, and service levels.
  • Maintain and update policies and procedures related to regulatory and quality requirements. Create and revise work instructions, SOPs, and related process documentation to support compliant and efficient operations.
  • Ensure quality and regulatory compliance across all areas of the supply chain, including kitting, labelling, containment, and processing. monitor activities related to medical device requirements.

Key Requirements

To add value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to meet and demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and abilities in your application and at interview:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or a related function, ideally within a regulated industry.
  • Demonstrated experience working within a regulated and quality-controlled environment, including familiarity with OSHA, FDA, and other relevant procedures and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines, with a track record of executing projects on time while effectively partnering with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
  • Strong background in process development and continuous improvement within operations, quality or supply chain settings, including identifying gaps, streamlining workflows, and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments

  • Pay Range in the United States: $95,000 - $102,000 based upon experience, as well as an annual bonus opportunity of 15% of base salary. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
  • Benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance as well as 401(K) matching with immediate vesting, Paid Time Off, tuition reimbursement, maternity and paternity leave, Employee Stock Purchase Plan and pet insurance.
