The Impact of an Operations and Analytics Consultant at Coupa:
The role plays a crucial role in driving operational excellence within Coupa's Revenue Operations Team, supporting the Value Services organization. By leveraging advanced reporting, automation, and critical thinking, the individual in this role will contribute to streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and delivering valuable insights that directly impact the success of the business and enhance the customer experience. Their ability to identify trends and opportunities through data analysis will drive informed decision-making and ultimately contribute to Coupa's continued growth and success in serving global customers.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain reporting and analytics to support the Value Services organization's strategic initiatives
- Drive automation and efficiency improvements within the operations function
- Utilize critical thinking and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the business
- Conduct business analysis to identify key performance indicators and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement process improvements based on data-driven recommendations
- Support the development and maintenance of operational dashboards and metrics to track and communicate the performance of the Value Services organization.
What You'll Bring To Coupa:
- 5+ years of experience in Operations supporting a global services organization
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Salesforce
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
