Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Revenue Operations team. The Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing our processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong understanding of business operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track operational performance.

  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights to management and stakeholders.

  • Use statistical analysis and modeling techniques to forecast future performance and identify potential risks.

  • Pull and aggregate “ICP” data to support sales play execution and develop reporting at various levels to substantiate sales play results and engagement

• Process Improvement:

  • Evaluate existing operational processes and identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.

  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and ensure successful adoption.

  • Document and maintain process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Project Support:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of operational projects.

  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects.

  • Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and deliverables.

  • Provide analytical support to project teams.

• Problem Solving:

  • Investigate and resolve operational issues and discrepancies.

  • Identify root causes of problems and develop effective solutions.

  • Work with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.

• Documentation and Communication:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of operational processes and procedures.

  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders through presentations and reports.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in operational practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in an operations analysis or related role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, DOMO)

• Experience with ERP systems (Salesforce.com, NetSuite) 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience with process improvement methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Project management experience.

• Knowledge of statistical modeling and forecasting.
