We are looking for an Office Admin to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Job Description:

Full-time Office Admin to assist with administrative tasks related to our service division.

This position requires strong interpersonal skills. Experience with construction or administrative assisting is beneficial. Strong organizational skills, aptitude to working in a fast-paced environment, and good judgment are essential. Candidate must demonstrate great communication skills and the ability to work with others. As a hard-working team, we are eager to reach high goals, all while staying focused on helping execute our long-term vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily updates on timecards and schedules
  • Input all job information, employees, and equipment into our scheduling software
  • Reconciling credit cards & fuel cards monthly
  • Assisting all field operators with any office questions they may have
  • Schedule orientations and trainings for operators
  • Audit and manage all driver files, which includes inputting operator certifications and training documentations into a data base and reviewing that data base daily for any upcoming expiration dates
  • Update operator personnel files with any attendance records daily
  • Review weekly driver score cards and coordinate any necessary improvements needed with field operators
  • Assist in job tracking and project paperwork in support of the sales team
  • Review jobs/project for job tracking, updates, and closures
  • Review job documentation for discrepancies and completeness of documents
  • Accounts Receivables/Collections
  • Must possess great organizational skills
  • Other duties as determined

Qualifications:

  • Must pass Drug Screen (Required)
  • Valid Driver’s License (Required)
  • Background Check (Required)
  • Construction Admin experience (Preferred)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Be self-motivated, dependable, and punctual
  • Can thrive in a fast paced high pressure work environment.
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, with the ability to learn other accounting and information systems
