Validate and consolidate operational reports and timesheets, monitor data accuracy, track company vehicles in work zones, communicate updates with supervisors and field staff, train new employees on reporting, and support management with operational coordination tasks.
Responsibilities:
- ü Review and verify operational reports for accuracy and completeness;
- ü Monitor correctness of entered data and follow up on discrepancies;
- ü Request and consolidate reports related to company vehicles and field operations;
- ü Track truck presence within designated work zones (based on internal systems);
- ü Communicate with supervisors and field employees regarding reporting updates;
- ü Assist new employees with proper report completion procedures;
- ü Prepare and maintain timesheets and structured operational records;
- ü Support management with operational reporting and coordination tasks.
Requirements:
- ü Bachelor’s Degree is a must;
- ü Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel and Word);
- ü Ability to work with reports and structured data;
- ü English — basic to intermediate (for internal documentation);
- ü Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under pressure of deadlines.
