Process Design & Governance:
Support the design and coordination of key operational processes, such as the Decommissioning Process, ensuring structured offboarding of customers, system updates, third-party service termination, and full documentation—scalable across international regions.Performance Management & KPI Tracking:
Assist in managing the Lean Portfolio and OKRs, ensuring alignment with business priorities and reporting progress to leadership. Contribute to the Regional MOR (Management Operating Rhythm) process by tracking KPIs and preparing for broader international rollout.Customer Engagement & Recognition:
Help roll out and embed the Customer Obsession Award program across regions such as AKA and Japan, managing weekly engagement and communications to sustain momentum.Revenue-Linked Operations:
Provide support for the Service Request Process, which directly contributes to SSA revenue, ensuring operational efficiency and data accuracy.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with global teams across Technical, Delivery, and Customer Excellence towers to harmonize tools, processes, and reporting standards.Operational Analytics & Reporting:
Assist in building dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.Ad Hoc Projects & Transformation Support:
Contribute to a variety of operational and analytical tasks that support ongoing transformation efforts and strategic initiatives.
A diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or Information Technology
Strong communication skills (Both written & oral).
An ability to simplify complex situations and communicate them effectively
Ability to influence, drive consensus, acts as change agent.
