- The contractor must show the capability to provide a full-time Project Manager who holds a bachelor's degree in business management from an accredited university At least five years of relevant work experience, or a minimum of ten years of verifiable experience in Facilities Maintenance, Public Works Operations and Maintenance, Work Classification, handling a wide range of customer issues and resolutions, and managing Installation Support contracts comparable in scope and complexity to this Performance Work Statement. The Project Manager must also possess working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., GFEBS), specifically within the Finance, Plant Maintenance, Project Systems, and Materials Management modules. This position may not be subcontracted below the prime contractor level.
