Who We Are Looking For…… We are looking for an energetic, people focused and motivated Onsite Equipment Mapping Specialist to join our team to visit and onboard our clients across the United States. As an Onsite Equipment Mapping Specialist at FacilityONE, you will be responsible for ensuring proper asset/equipment field documentation, outstanding customer satisfaction, and on-time project completion.

Responsibilities…… 

  • Perform on-site and virtual customer field documentation of equipment and assets

  • Track, document and manage the progression of work

  • Perform on-site customer training

  • Complete software validation and data entry of documented assets

  • Consult with client regarding solutions and implement selected solutions

  • Operate a vehicle in a safe manner

  • Use Customer Resource Management (CRM) software

  • Work closely with other team members

  • Build relationships and trust with customers

  • Assist with other project areas as needed

Qualifications & Fit…… 

  • 0-1 years of experience in field service or similar customer facing role

  • Experience with managing and preserving technical equipment

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt process to reach best solution

  • Comfortable in mechanical & outdoor environments (kitchens, roof tops)

  • Team player able to collaborate with all departments and levels within organization

  • Excellent time-management skills

  • 75% travel

  • Ability to work remotely and be self-managed and motivated.

  • Ability to work an on-call rotation for customer support

  • Ability to climb, lift and move through a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces.

  • superior interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience using mobile tools and applications

  • Technical degree or certification (preferred but not required)

  • Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment (preferred but not required)

Compensation: $60k-62k base, plus bonus opportunity. Salary ranges are determined by location, level, experience, and skills. This will be discussed further with the Talent team during the hiring process.
