This role is a true blend of strategy and operations, requiring the ability to leverage data-backed insights to align on high-level strategy and then operationalize that strategy through the sales team to ensure execution and performance.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.
Role Responsibilities:
- Trusted Strategic Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor to GMs, helping shape and challenge strategic priorities. Drive business reviews, build strategic frameworks, and ensure alignment across vertical stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Insights & Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to generate insights that influence GTM strategy, sales motion design, and operational focus. Translate data into clear, actionable takeaways.
- Operational Leadership: Drive planning cycles, operational cadence, and sales performance initiatives. Establish clarity on priorities and ensure delivery against key KPIs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Finance, GTM, Product and others to ensure vertical strategies are supported by the broader org.
- Executive-Level Reporting: Deliver clear, data-backed insights and recommendations to GMs and the Fetch executive team, supporting high-level decision-making.
- Seeing Around Corners: Anticipate business issues; recommend product, process or service improvements.
Minimum Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in sales strategy & operations, product management, or consulting. Experience with the Retail/RMN landscape is a plus.
- Strategic Problem-Solving: Ability to break down complex challenges, identify root causes, and develop actionable, high-impact solutions.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to leverage data insights to drive strategy and operations, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) to extract and interpret data for informed decision-making.
- Financial Acumen: Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to evaluate business performance and guide strategic decisions.
- Project Management: Familiarity with tech industry product development processes and lifecycle for consumer and enterprise businesses. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Process Optimization: Experience in streamlining processes using technology to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Execution Excellence: A “get things done” attitude with a proven track record of successfully driving initiatives from planning to execution.
