Brief Overview:Managing and analyzing Held By Production (HBP) assets across Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, and other basins.
Reviewing leases, drilling clauses, production data, and title to determine HBP status
Communicating findings clearly to clients, project managers, and internal teams (no disappearing acts here!)
Keeping documentation clean, organized, and client-ready
Working independently while still being a reliable, responsive team player
Proven Oil & Gas Landman experience (Texas & New Mexico required)
Strong, hands-on experience with HBP determinations
- Strong due diligence (HBP)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (you follow up, explain well, and keep people in the loop)
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and professional
Comfortable working remotely and managing your workload efficiently
- No slackers - seriously, we do have to put that.
Can translate complex HBP issues into plain English
