The Role: 


The position will coordinate office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies, manage office supplies, schedule meetings, and provide general administrative support to employees.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Office Operations:

Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering and managing inventory.

Manage and maintain office facilities, including cleanliness, security, and repairs.

Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

Communication:

Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or office.

Serve as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.

Administrative Support:

Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Provide general administrative support to employees.

Assist with setting up conference rooms.

Records and Documentation:

Maintain office files and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and properly managed.

Develop and maintain a filing system.

Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Other Duties:

Assist with special projects and initiatives.

Maintain a positive and professional work environment.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Experience / Education / Physical Requirements

● Bachelor's degree

Minimum of 2yrs managing a small office

Required to sit, stand and walk. Regularly required to stoop, bend and lift up to 25 pounds.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Proficiency in Google Suite and Zoom.

Attention to detail.

Time management skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize.

Customer service skills.

Adaptability and flexibility.
