Position Summary:   
Are you an organized leader who enjoys supporting teams and improving clinic operations? Mountain View Pain Center is seeking a motivated Office Manager to help lead daily operations, support staff, and ensure an outstanding patient experience in our growing multidisciplinary healthcare clinic. This role will rotate between the Lakewood and Lafayette clinics on a regular basis. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Oversee daily clinic operations and staff support  
  • Manage time-off requests and approve timecards  
  • Train and support Front Desk staff  
  • Assist with staffing coverage when needed  
  • Lead staff meetings  
  • Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures  
  • Create action plans to improve workflow and clinic efficiency  
  • Communicate with staff, providers, management, and patients  
  • Oversee clinic organization, inventory, and ordering  
  • Monitor and report on key metrics including appointments, no-shows, cancellations, and scheduling 
Qualifications

Qualifications:  

  • Associate Degree in a Health Care related field required, BA preferred 
  • 3-5 years in a medical or healthcare office experience  
  • Strong communication and customer service skills needed 
  • Basic computer proficiency  
  • Access to reliable transportation 

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00  

Work Remotely: No  

Job Type: Full-time  

Work Location: North Colorado Springs Clinic (Interquest), 100% In person   

    Hours:  

    • Monday-Thursday: 8:00AM to 6:00PM with a 1 hour lunch 
    • Fridays: 8:00AM - 1:00PM
