Job Summary: The Office Manager/Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role serves as a central point of contact for office coordination, administrative processes, and internal support, while also assisting leadership and team members with scheduling, communications, and general administrative needs. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a professional services environment.
Responsibilities:
Office Management & Operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations and administrative coordination
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate office logistics, including meetings, visitors, and general office upkeep
- Assist in planning/coordinating office events
- Support onboarding logistics for new hires in coordination with HR and IT
- Provide administrative support to leadership and team members, including calendar and meeting management
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other administrative materials
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with expense reports, invoice processing, and administrative tracking
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
- Support internal communications and information flow
Qualifications and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, office manager, or similar role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in a professional services, engineering, or consulting environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion

Compensation & Benefits:
The expected base salary range for this role is $26-30/hour ($54,080 - $62,400) USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
