The role acts as a global product/portfolio leader responsible for both Honeywell and third‑party offerings, spanning network hardware, wireless systems, and associated software, licenses, tools, and services.
This portfolio includes OneWireless and third‑party network infrastructure used to run Experion, with a significant software component. In addition to hardware, the Offering Manager is responsible for FTE, netw

The Offering Manager develops a deep understanding of the networking requirements needed by the software packages that run on these physical, virtual, or wireless networks, customer needs, and vertical and geographic differences. The role harmonizes a large range of often competing but also overlapping needs against available R&D to a final set of requirements with the objective of meeting the widest needs with the fewest platforms

KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Product, Offering & Portfolio Management (End-to-End Lifecycle)
Own the global industrial networking portfolio supporting Experion PKS, managing the full offering lifecycle: ideation, introduction, launch, sustainment, optimization, mid‑life refresh, and end‑of‑life/phase‑out. Balance and optimize 1st‑ and 3rd‑party products to ensure technical compatibility, scalability, standards compliance, and competitive differentiation.
- Strategy, Roadmap & Requirements Harmonization
Define and maintain clear short‑ and long‑term roadmaps aligned with Experion PKS strategy and business objectives. Develop a deep understanding of customer use cases, pain points, and buying behaviors across process industries and regions. Harmonize a broad range of competing and overlapping requirements against available R&D to meet the widest needs with the fewest sustainable platforms. Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion, consolidation, and rationalization to maximize value, profitability, and lifecycle health. Align networking solutions with broader digitalization, cybersecurity, and industrial wireless strategies.
- New Product Introduction (NPI) & Launch Excellence (W2W)
Lead NPI Wall-to-Wall activities including defining product requirements, product selection, pricing, collaterals, launch training, and internal/external communications. Time launches carefully to ensure the field is never without product while minimizing last‑time‑buy exposure. Once launched, drive mid‑life platform refreshes, and plan/execute product retirement at end of life.
- Commercial Ownership: Go‑to‑Market, Pricing & Business Planning
Build and execute go‑to‑market strategies to increase adoption, revenue, and margin. Develop compelling value propositions, positioning, and pricing strategies (including value pricing where appropriate). Establish market price guidance, create forecasts, and partner with supply chain to build supply and sourcing models. Track and manage financial performance (revenue, margin, and lifecycle costs) and drive continuous improvements based on market, customer, and technology insights.
- Strategic Partner & Ecosystem Management (3rd Party + Honeywell)
Work closely with strategic third‑party network providers (e.g., Cisco, HP, Beldon, Moxa, Tofino and others as applicable) to input Honeywell requirements, track partner roadmaps, and ensure mutual alignment. Manage vendor relationships and third‑party offerings to maintain compatibility and competitive differentiation across the Experion ecosystem.
- Market, Customer & Competitive Intelligence (VOC/OVOC)
Maintain a deep understanding of industrial networking trends (wired and wireless), competitive offerings and ecosystem partners, customer use cases, and buying behaviors. Apply strategic marketing practices such as VOC/OVOC, segmentation, and positioning to inform roadmap decisions and go‑to‑market execution.
- Customer Engagement, Field Enablement & Strategic Pursuits
Provide focused product support and consultative expertise for key accounts and strategic pursuits. Partner with sales, marketing, and regional teams to support promotion and enablement, competitive positioning, and key customer wins.
- Services, Support Model & Quality/Supplier Issue Resolution
Work with the Services organization to define the service and support model for networking offerings. Collaborate with quality and supplier management teams to resolve supplier issues, ensure product reliability, and maintain lifecycle health post‑launch.
- Cost, Profitability & Continuous Improvement
Drive cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives to improve profitability and maximize geographic competitiveness. Use data‑driven decision‑making to optimize the portfolio, reduce complexity, and improve delivery outcomes.
- Cross‑Functional Leadership & Governance
Act as the central point of coordination across Engineering/R&D, Cybersecurity and IT/OT integration, supply chain/sourcing, sales, marketing, and services. Influence without authority to align stakeholders around common goals. Represent networking offerings within Experion PKS and broader business governance forums.
