Key responsibilities:
 
Business & Technical Analysis:
-Engage with key OEM business stakeholders to understand their strategic goals, challenges, and processes.
-Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs that support the overall business strategy.
-Analyse existing systems, identify gaps, and recommend improvements or new solutions to meet business needs.
 
Solution Design & Architecture:
-Design end-to-end software solutions that address business needs, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
-Work with technical Solutions Architects to architect systems and applications in a way that integrates effectively with other platforms, technologies, and third-party services.
-Develop high-level and detailed architecture documentation, including system diagrams, workflows, and data models.
 
Collaboration with Development Teams:
-Work closely with software development teams to ensure the solution is built according to the architectural design and business requirements.
-Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the development lifecycle.
-Ensure that the final solution is maintainable, extendable, and meets the needs of the business.
 
Stakeholder Management:
-Serve as a liaison between business leaders, technical teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements.
-Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, business-friendly terms for non-technical stakeholders.
-Lead workshops and presentations to engage stakeholders and gain buy-in on architectural decisions.
 
Technology Strategy & Innovation:
-Stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in software development, cloud computing, and other emerging technologies that can impact Automotive retail.
-Be a driver and evangelist of Keyloop’s ARP.
-Provide strategic insights and recommendations on how technology can drive business transformation and deliver value both internally and externally.
-Provide insight into common requirements and agnostic solutions that can support multiple solutions.

Quality Assurance & Risk Management:
-Ensure the architectural solution meets quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
-Work with with Technical Solutions Architects to proactively identify and address technical risks, bottlenecks, or performance issues.
-Engage with Delivery Solutions Architects throughout SDLC to ensure that solutions can be effectively and efficiently delivered to market.
 
Continuous Improvement:
-Contribute to the development of internal processes and methodologies to improve the efficiency of the solution design and delivery.
-Mentor junior architects and team members, helping to elevate the technical expertise of the team.
-Continuously review and improve the solution architecture based on feedback, changing business needs, or technological advancements.
