This role requires up to 50% travel throughout North America.

Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in OE sales, key account management, or a customer-facing role in automotive or tire-industry.
- Proven ability to manage large, complex customer relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with supply chain, engineering, and customer service teams.
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
