What success looks like in this role:

The OCM Senior Manager – Change, Learning & Enablement is a senior, client facing role responsible for designing, executing, and delivering all aspects of the Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy for internal and external client engagements. This role requires deep expertise in change management methodologies, instructional design, and learning program development to drive successful adoption of new processes, technologies, services, operating models, and ways of working.

The OCM Senior Manager leads the people side of change across complex transitions and transformations, including changes to business processes, IT systems and technology, organizational structures, roles, skills, and culture. The role is accountable for developing and implementing integrated change, learning, and enablement strategies that maximize employee adoption and proficiency while minimizing resistance and disruption.

In addition to delivery leadership, the OCM Senior Manager plays a key role in Unisys OCM presales and gotomarket activities, supporting solution shaping, client discovery, proposal development, and value articulation. The role partners closely with sales, solution management, and the Global Proposal Center to position OCM—and learning and enablement—as a critical driver of business outcomes and return on investment.

Change Strategy, Planning, and Delivery

  • Develop, plan, and manage endtoend OCM programs and workstreams in alignment with client statements of work, delivery milestones, and business objectives.

  • Partner with client executives, sponsors, and key stakeholders to validate vision, success criteria, desired outcomes, and behavioral expectations associated with the change.

  • Apply structured change methodologies to assess organizational impact, readiness, risk, and resistance, and integrate mitigation actions into the overall OCM approach.

  • Lead the execution of change management strategies, plans, and campaigns that support adoption, utilization, and sustainment of change.

  • Facilitate client and internal workshops, working sessions, and leadership engagements to align stakeholders and accelerate change outcomes.

  • Define success metrics and adoption measures, track performance, and adjust change interventions based on data, feedback, and observed behaviors.

  • Participate in project quality gate reviews and governance forums to ensure OCM alignment with overall program objectives.

Instructional Design, Learning & Enablement Leadership

  • Design and lead integrated learning and enablement strategies aligned to the OCM approach, including training needs assessments, learning objectives, curricula, delivery models, and reinforcement plans.

  • Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to create scalable, rolebased, and personabased learning experiences that enable behavior change and performance improvement.

  • Translate change impacts, futurestate processes, and behavioral expectations into structured learning journeys and learning paths for diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Oversee the design and development of learning assets such as facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, microlearning content, and digital learning modules.

  • Partner with subject matter experts, client stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure learning content is accurate, relevant, and aligned to operational realities.

  • Integrate learning and enablement activities with communications, stakeholder engagement, and reinforcement strategies across the full change lifecycle.

  • Define and evaluate learning effectiveness using adoption metrics, proficiency indicators, surveys, and feedback loops; continuously refine learning strategies to improve outcomes.

Presales, Solutioning & GoToMarket Support

  • Support Unisys OCM presales activities, contributing to opportunity qualification, solution shaping, and proposal development with a focus on change, learning, and adoption strategies.

  • Collaborate with sales, solution management, and the Global Proposal Center to define OCM scope, assumptions, deliverables, effort, and value propositions for client pursuits.

  • Participate in client discovery sessions, workshops, and presentations to assess change and learning needs and position OCM solutions as integral to overall Unisys offerings.

  • Develop and tailor presales narratives, examples, and artifacts that clearly articulate how OCM and learning enablement drive adoption, value realization, and business outcomes.

  • Provide input into OCM pricing models, estimates, and statements of work related to training and enablement components.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Unisys OCM presales assets, playbooks, and standard learning approaches based on pursuit and delivery experience.

Leadership & Team Enablement

  • Lead and mentor OCM team members on engagements, providing guidance on change strategy, instructional design, and client delivery.

  • Review and approve change, learning, and enablement deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with Unisys OCM methodology.

  • Support capability development within the OCM practice, particularly in learning design, enablement, and presales readiness.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Change Management & Consulting

  • Extensive experience leading Organizational Change Management initiatives within complex, multistakeholder environments.

  • Strong consultative skills, including problem solving, insight generation, strategic thinking, influencing, and executive level communication.

  • Ability to operate effectively with limited day-to-day oversight in fast paced, client facing environments.

Instructional Design & Learning

  • Demonstrated experience in instructional design and enterprise learning program development in support of technology, process, or organizational change.

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and their application to behavior change and adoption.

  • Experience designing blended learning approaches (e.g., instructor led, virtual, self paced, microlearning, reinforcement).

  • Ability to align learning strategies to adoption metrics, business outcomes, and change success measures.

Presales & Solutioning

  • Experience supporting presales, solutioning, or proposal development activities in a consulting or services organization.

  • Ability to articulate the value of OCM and learning enablement to sales teams and client stakeholders.

  • Comfort working in ambiguous, deadline driven pursuit environments and collaborating across sales and delivery teams.

Additional Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create client ready deliverables and presentations.

  • Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or related OCM certification

  • Experience working across global, multicultural environments is strongly preferred.

  • Multilingual communication skills are a plus

  • Prosci Train-the-Trainer Certification is a plus

  • PMP, Prince2, ITIL 4 or higher, Agile, Digital Transformation, Lean, Agile, Process Mapping and/or relevant instructional design and learning certifications are a plus
