Position: Sales Operations Manager 

Department: Sales  

Business Unit: Olive & June 

Work Location: Colorado, or California - Remote 

 

What you will be doing: 

At Olive & June, we’re an ambitious, fast-moving company disrupting all things nails. Innovation fuels everything we do from our product pipeline to our go-to-market strategy. As we grow, we’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to be the connective tissue between our sales, retail, and operations teams. Someone who thrives in ambiguity, finds joy in structure, and loves turning chaos into clarity. 

  • Own the sales operations infrastructure supporting mass retailer partnerships (Target, Walmart, Ulta, etc.) 

  • Lead sales reporting, performance dashboards, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint—ensuring clarity, accuracy, and actionability 

  • Build and manage sell-in and sell-through trackers, shipment forecasts, and promotional calendars 

  • Collaborate with account managers to support retail pitch decks, business reviews, and sales enablement tools 

  • Partner cross-functionally with planning, supply chain, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless execution 

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve speed and scalability 

  • Drive weekly sales meetings, set agendas, and deliver updates that help the team stay aligned and accountable 

Skills needed to be successful in this role: 

  • Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure 

  • A proactive, self-starter who doesn’t wait for instructions, you see the gaps and fill them 

  • Excellent communicator and team player, you collaborate with empathy and get things done with a smile 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree 

  • 4+ years of experience in sales operations or account management, preferably in CPG, beauty, or a high-growth retail-focused brand 

  • Experience working directly with mass retailers (Target, Walmart, Ulta, Amazon, etc.) 

  • Mastery of Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, modeling) and PowerPoint (presentation design, storytelling) 

  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced consumer brand environment 

 

In California and Colorado, the standard base pay range for this role is $75,910.21 - $136,796.53 annually.  This base pay range is specific to California and Colorado and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
