Position Summary:
The Nurse Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations of the nursing unit, providing leadership, mentorship, and support to nursing staff. This role plays a critical part in driving patient care excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage nursing staff, including scheduling, evaluations, and professional development

  • Ensure high standards of patient care in accordance with evidence-based practices

  • Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and administrative staff

  • Monitor and improve quality metrics and patient satisfaction

  • Manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and policies


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred

  • Minimum 3-5 years of nursing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role

  • Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills

  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred
