Mkt & Sales/Commercial Bus
- Accountable for the delivery of the full P&L of Vaccine category in North Africa: Tunisia, Morocco and Algeria
- Leads and coaches the sales team to implement business strategies/tactics to achieve revenue targets
- Leads, coaches and collaborates with the marketing team
- Ensures that all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and SOPs, Pfizer values, and global guidelines (including MAPP, FCPA), as appropriate.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sets strategic long term vision for Pfizer in the category; obtain stakeholder and leadership buy-in and colleague engagement
- Provide guidance and direction to marketing team to drive category portfolio management.
- Develops strategies unique to the needs of the category to maximize the patient impact and the revenue for Pfizer
- Develops comprehensive NIP strategy with relevant health authorities
- Develops long term partnership with appropriate external stakeholders
- IPA Cash collection
- Drives execution of campaigns, PoAs, tactics and customer plans
- Optimizes the profitability of the category by making active trade-off and resource allocation decisions
- Leads and coaches a high performing team and develop colleagues in line with the Pfizer competency models
- Reviews, designs and monitors the effectiveness of the Sales Team through KPIs
- Collaboration and partnership with strategic partners in Pfizer to ensure services for the category are met
- Ensures high standards of compliance to norms, policies, and procedures and instills a proactive compliance risk management culture throughout his/her direct team and the x-functional organization
- Role models Pfizer breakthrough values with visible and inspirational leadership focused on compliance and integrity
- A key member of the country leadership team contributing to the overall success of Pfizer in the cluster.

- Lead the sales team for the category
- Lead, coach and collaborate with the marketing team
- Work in close collaboration with AfME RTAL's, Medical Affairs, Commercial Team, H&V, StratCO, BAI, PGS and Finance
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor degree required, Master's Degree preferred
- 10 years of diverse commercial experience & at leadership team level
- Leading high performing teams by winning in the right way
- P&L management and financial acumen
- Fluent written and spoken English, French and Arabic
