About the RoleWe are seeking a Non-Technical Creator Recruiter to help us grow our community of creators, coaches, and influencers. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding high-quality talent for the NewRich platform.
While you don’t need prior experience in the creator economy, you must have a solid background in recruitment (minimum 2–3 years) and strong relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and motivated to bring in creators who align with our mission.
- Source and identify potential creators, coaches, and influencers
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: outreach, screening, pitching, and onboarding
- Explain NewRich’s value proposition clearly and persuasively to candidates
- Guide creators through the application and setup process
- Track prospects and recruitment pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and integration
- Support creators post-onboarding to encourage engagement and retention
- 2–3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or partnership sourcing
- Proven ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and conversations simultaneously
- Experience with CRM or ATS tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Greenhouse, etc.)
- Interest in the creator economy, influencer marketing, or digital entrepreneurship
