Boost Mobile is seeking a Engineer I of Regulatory Compliance Operations with exposure to Wireless domain in voice, data, messaging. This Engineer will oversee the operations and compliance of all regulatory services to be provided on Boost mobile network.
This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of voice and messaging regulatory services on DISH's mobile network including, but not limited to, 911, WEA, CALEA, and CMAS. This role is a key, strategic part of our business, and presents an opportunity to implement and optimize the latest networking solutions.

- Manage and maintain 5G NSA/SA and VoNR technologies, ensuring end-to-end E911 call delivery and compliance.
- Oversee E911-related filings and notifications, including NORS, DIRS, PSAP outages, and coordination with legal teams.
- Ensure compliance with FCC E911 rules, regulations, and accuracy requirements while tracking evolving mandates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define the E911 and Text-to-911 roadmap and operational guidelines.
- Partner with OEM vendors to plan and execute programs; support CALEA, Traceback, and STIR/SHAKEN efforts.
- Execute testing standards, MOPs, and maintain adherence to E911 compliance protocols.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or related discipline desired
- 1 to 2+ years of experience in mobile/wireless and/or landline networks and/or a 911 Service provider
Skills and Qualifications:
- Exposure to IMS call flows along with 911 Emergency calling
- Strong capability with Google Suite and Microsoft Office, Elastic, Service NOW, any observability tools like Grafana
