AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking a Configuration Management Specialist III with 7 –10 years of experience and a TS/SCI Clearance to support The North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD), Cheyene Mountain Complex (NCMC) -Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (NCMC-ITW/AA) and Space Support Contract III Mission.
Responsibilities- Performs configuration identification, change control, and status accounting activities to ensure system and documentation baseline records remain accurate and current.
- Support configuration audits and maintain logs of all changes in designated repositories, including those arising from integration of external provider systems.
- Prepare draft configuration management plans, assist with baseline documentation, and deliver configuration status reports compliant with data integrity standards.
- Participate in integration audits, create associated checklists and summary reports for management and audits, and ensure that all baseline documentation updates are complete and approved.
- Works in close Coordination EDLM/UDLM (Emergency/Urgent Depot Level Maintenance) manager

Qualifications- Thorough knowledge of configuration management principles, including change control and status accounting, is necessary to maintain accurate documentation and system baselines.
- Experience in system audits and configuration plan preparation is essential.
- Ability to assist in maintaining data integrity standards and updating documentation efficiently is crucial, with proficiency in using designated repositories for integration and status reporting.
- Familiar with tools such as MS Access, SQL, SharePoint, ClearCase, ClearQuest, DOORS, etc.
- Clearance: Top Secret/ SCI
- Education: Bachelors in IT, Cyber, CS, IS, Data Science, or SW Engineering OR equivalent DoW/Military training
- Certifications: CND, GFACT, GSEC, or Security+
- Experience: 7-10 Years
