As a (New College Grad) HBM Technical Customer Manager in Micron's AI Solutions Group, you will help support and technically enable High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) solutions with key customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and customers to understand system requirements, development timelines, and how they align with Micron's HBM product portfolio.
In this role, you'll grow into a customer-facing technical expert, supporting the validation and qualification of Micron's HBM products and contributing to successful high-volume production outcomes. Your work will help inform product and roadmap decisions as Micron continues to lead in AI memory solutions. You will support customer engagements across the product lifecycle, from new product introduction (NPI) through end of life (EOL), with mentorship and guidance from senior team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Support multiple customer engagements by preparing technical content, participating in customer meetings, and assisting with requirements alignment
- Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to relay customer needs and track execution toward program milestones
- Assist with validation and qualification activities to ensure customer readiness for HBM products
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of customer enablement documentation, SOPs, and technical collateral
- Help prepare materials and messaging for internal and external forums, including executive-level updates
- Analyze market and customer inputs to support roadmap discussions and business planning in the AI memory space
- Learn and apply best practices for customer communication across the product lifecycle, from NPI to EOL
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, Materials, or related field)
- Strong interest in semiconductor technology, AI hardware, or memory systems
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Experience working on team-based technical projects (academic, internship, or co-op experience)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, customer-facing technical environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship, co-op, or project experience in semiconductors, hardware systems, or product engineering
- Exposure to DRAM, advanced packaging, or system-level design concepts
- Interest in customer engagement, product strategy, or technical program execution
- Comfort collaborating across multiple teams and disciplines
- Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as needed
