The stated pay range is based on a national-average location.  Actual salary is determined by factors including relevant work experience, skills and location.  This position is bonus eligible. Candidates and associates may be asked to travel to corporate offices for interviews, training and/or meetings.  Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.

CNO Financial Group is seeking a New Business Coordinator is responsible for handling processing complex applications, post-issue transactions, escalations, answering questions from offshore processors, and assisting with inventory management. This role must effectively communicate and manage ongoing dialogues with offshore teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment on key business objectives. The New Business Coordinator contributes to the overall efficiency and accuracy of transaction processing and inventory control.
As a New Business Operations Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Process complex applications and post-issue transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
  • Provide support and guidance to offshore processing teams by answering questions and clarifying complex issues.
  • Manage and resolve escalated cases, investigating root causes and implementing effective solutions. Assist with updating procedures and documentation as needed.
  • Assist with inventory management activities, by reviewing work queues and automated processes. 
  • Aid in identifying opportunities for process improvements, providing feedback to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and overall effectiveness of business operations.
     

The New Business Operations Coordinator, position is well-suited for you if you:

  • Strong understanding of the specific rules, regulations and internal processes related to applications, transactions, and inventory management.
  • Strong ability to analyze & problem solve complex situations, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication to effectively collaborate, clearly and concisely interact with both offshore and onshore teams, internal stakeholders, and management.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to address questions and concerns in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Ensure accuracy in transaction processing, data entry, and inventory management to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
     

What you’ll need:

  • High School Diploma or GED in general studies.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
     

What will set you apart:

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree or 4 years of Business Administration or related work experience.
  • 5 years of related work experience.

Compensation

Pay Range: $21.49 - $32.23 Hourly
