This position functions as a support role for the life and annuity new business specialist teams, including but not limited to assisting the transfer/1035 teams and administrative duties.
Duties and Responsibilities- Prepare transfer paperwork and letters of acceptance.
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support Life and Annuity New Business Specialist team
- Complete follow up calls to other insurance
- Achieve required phone and transaction performance as defined for the New Business Coordinator
- Adhere to company policies and legal requirements regarding sales and product compliance.
- High School Diploma
- 0-1 years of experience working in a service center, sales support team and/or other previous industry experience preferred.
- Demonstrates basic understanding of how F&G is structured and the products/ service offerings within respective coverage area.
- Maintains effectiveness in a changing internal environment, such as assignment to a new task or
- Handles customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Develops an awareness of workloads, assists team members regardless of who owns the task.
- Begins to develop skillset to frame message to audience appropriately with coaching and guidance.

- Demonstrates basic awareness and understanding of digital techniques, methods and tools used at F&G.
