Summary of Position

Will work closely with our Broker sales team to support the ongoing sales process. This position is responsible for administrative duties to help onboard new clients, manage broker relationships, support existing clients and work cross functionally with many different internal departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the onboarding of new clients including data entry, contract management, and implementation
  • Account and sales entry into Salesforce for new business and pipeline
  • Creation of proposals using PowerPoint and Adobe
  • Liaison between salesperson, broker and client during onboarding process
  • Onboard new brokers across multiple systems
  • Gather new broker contracting paperwork
  • Assist broker commissions team with various tasks including commissions statements, reconciliations and changes
  • Responsible for operations such as Broker of Record (BOR) changes, VIP account management, and Schedule 5500s
  • Assist with miscellaneous data research, entry and clean-up projects
  • Works closely with multiple departments to support onboarding process including implementation, commissions, accounts receivable, sales operations, contracts, and sales execution.
  • Manage a high volume of emails from internal and external partners
  • Oversee multiple excel spreadsheets to track new business through the onboarding cycle
  • Maintain regular communication with salespeople to support their sales process
  • Provides consistent updates and feedback to any internal and external partners involved in the assigned task
  • The time spent on each responsibility reflects an estimate and is subject to change dependent on business needs.

Qualifications Expected for Position

  • Previous administrative experience highly preferred
  • Previous Salesforce experience is a big plus
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint 

The base salary range for this position is $22-25/hourlyIn addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2025. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
