JOB SUMMARY
The Network Relations Specialist role executes initiatives related to building and maintaining relationships with itel’s network of repair firms, providing process training, conducting restoration marketing and event planning, network development support administration, process development and improvement, and onboarding.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- In partnership with the Director of Network Relations, develops a standardized, documented marketing and training strategy for repair firms for increased participation and engagement.
- Leads development of and relationship management activities with qualified restoration companies
- Serves as a liaison between the repair firms and internal itel departments
- Creates training and/or marketing collateral materials that align with itel’s strategy
- Evaluates effectiveness of existing marketing and training programs; makes required process improvements to support desired business outcomes
- Responds quickly and effectively implements changes to repair firm development strategy and processes
- Manages database of prospects and onboarded repair firms and analyzes reports in order to effectively track and maintain all the status of the firms
- Collaborates with various business units on strategic planning, process development, and process improvement
ROLE QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales, recruiting, or marketing
- Proven ability to develop and implement new processes and facilitate client adoption
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and relationship management orientation
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and understand complex insurance and credentialing requirements
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and meet project goals and expectations.
- Experience working with and maintaining confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
PREFERRED
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
- Salesforce and web technology proficiency preferred
- Understanding of insurance products and construction industry
