While no two days are the same you will curate strategies and processes with cross functional leaders to promote consistent execution of launches. Eliminate knowledge gaps driven by nuances and curated strategies to ensure onboarding continuity. Work with products leads and develop strategies to work towards reducing the total time to onboard a retailer. Lead a team to execute on both nationwide and regional specific launches to expand the retailer’s portfolio. You will also collaborate with regional operations teams to support market-specific needs and track launch impact on markets nationwide. Define quantitative metrics to launch processes to manage onboarding and team efficiency. Lead weekly launch meetings to stakeholders to provide launch performance summaries and promote alignment across all internal needs to ensure launch. Lastly you will streamline existing processes through automation process improvement strategies.
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Business, Supply Chain or related field.
- You have 3 years of operations experience in a relevant, fast-paced work environment.
- You have 2 years of project management experience.
- Demonstrated ability as a high-energy communicator, excellent verbal & written skills, and comfortable in front of large groups.
- You are a positive collaborative team-player attitude with data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- You have project management experience emphasizing organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- You have experience driving and supporting internal initiatives across engineering, catalog, partner success, communications, marketing, and operational teams.
- You have strong organizational skills.
- You have strong analytical skill to process data and create business cases to influence leaders across organization.
- You have a high level of comfort and speed utilizing Excel, MS Office tools, SQL, Tableau, and Google Suite.

Other compensation includes eligibility for an annual bonus and the potential for restricted stock units based on role.

$73,000-$147,000Please note that the salary range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
