The Network Data & Insights Analyst plays a key role in turning data into actionable insights that drive performance across CCS. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining reporting, metrics, and analytical tools—such as dashboards—that align with the organization’s strategic goals and values. By leveraging predictive analytics and artificial intelligence, the analyst not only identifies trends but also anticipates future needs, risks, and opportunities, helping clinical and operational teams deliver consistent, efficient, and high-quality care to clients.

Essential Job Functions
- Develop, maintain, and deliver reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics to support strategic, clinical, and operational decision-making.
- Analyze data to generate actionable insights, identify trends, and recommend improvements that drive organizational performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and business intelligence teams by defining reporting requirements, validating data, and supporting the design of reporting tools and data views.
- Support the development, monitoring, and improvement of key performance indicators (KPIs), quality measures, and funder reporting.
- Identify risks to data quality and integrity, propose solutions, and implement process improvements to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Contribute to projects and initiatives that enhance clinical capabilities, operational processes, and technology adoption.
- Maintain an inventory of reporting and data logic to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment across all organizational reporting and analytics. Establish and document reporting standards to promote transparency and reliability in metrics used by leadership and teams.
- Leverage AI and advanced analytics tools to enhance reporting, automate processes, and identify deeper insights that inform decision-making.

Qualifications
- Minimum Education, Experience & Training Equivalent to:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with strong preference for data analytics, business, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.
- 3 + years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or performance improvement (healthcare or behavioral health experience preferred).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting leadership with data-driven decision-making.

- Knowledge of data quality assurance practices and methods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and recommend solutions.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and meaningful way.

Conditions of Employment
- Ability to obtain and maintain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice (DOJ). The People & Performance Department must analyze DOJ/FBI live scan reports in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, as well as fitness for the position.
- Ability to obtain and maintain clearance through the Office of Inspector General.
- Must attend any required training.
