Ibotta is seeking a Network Administrator to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. In this role, you would be pivotal in designing and managing our Information Technology hybrid cloud environment, modernizing our endpoint management strategy, and scaling our infrastructure to meet strategic business demands. You will be the go-to problem-solver, ensuring the ongoing availability, integrity, and security of our enterprise network and user devices. You will also serve as a key technical expert and drive company best practices in cloud architecture, zero-trust security, and automation.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
Design, deploy, and manage the Ibotta enterprise LAN, WAN, and WLAN networks, including routers, switches, and firewalls to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
Manage our virtual and hybrid AV systems and communication platforms, ensuring the systems runs smoothly and securely across conference rooms and high stakes company events.
Partner with Ibotta’s Security Operations team to implement and maintain robust, modern security protocols.
Architect and manage the full lifecycle of corporate endpoints including the deployment, security, and updating of Windows, Android, and Apple devices.
Proactively monitor system performance, availability, and reliability.
Establish and enforce configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application deployment strategies.
Drive the adoption and implementation of new scripting techniques and methodologies for both macOS and Windows environments.
Lead vulnerability and patch management for servers, network devices, and endpoints.
Uphold SLA standards by troubleshooting and correcting multi-faceted network, cloud service, and endpoint issues.
Create and maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation for network topologies, cloud architecture, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.

5+ years of hands-on experience in a Network and/or Systems Administrator role within a modern, cloud-focused enterprise environment.
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Or equivalent professional experience.
Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and advanced routing protocols (ex. BGP, OSPF).
Experience utilizing enterprise-grade networking hardware and NGFWs (ex. Cisco, Meraki, Yealink).
Experience administering and maintaining the Zoom ecosystem in a large enterprise environment.
Proven experience managing enterprise endpoints with Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, or other modern MDM platforms.
Advanced knowledge of hybrid identity best practices and administration of SaaS Enterprise identity applications such as Okta, SailPoint, or Azure Entra ID.
Practical understanding of modern cybersecurity principles, including zero-trust frameworks.
Experience implementing a security-first approach to corporate networks and endpoint protection platforms.
Proficiency in at least one scripting language (ex. PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
Professional certifications such as Jamf Certified Admin, Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Cisco CCNP, CISSP, or cloud-specific certifications are a plus.

Additional Details:
This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, snacks, and occasional meals.
Base compensation range: $80,000 - $95,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
