The NetSuite Solutions Architect will design ERP solutions, engage with customers, demonstrate expertise, and achieve KPI targets while collaborating cross-functionally.

Base Pay Range: $100,000 - $135,000
Incentive Pay: up to 15% of base
Location: Remote - USA
As a NetSuite Solutions Architect, you will focus on solving problems and presenting NetSuite ERP solutions to help drive a customer’s profitability and success. The successful candidate will be required to have a strong manufacturing operations background and be able to quickly identify process improvement opportunities that will be presented to the customer using technology solutions.
What you will be doing:
- Engage prospective customers, develop their system requirements, and feasibly design solutions and price services
- Demonstrate industry and NetSuite-specific expertise in the pre-sales process, delivering demos regularly that drive prospect conversion to customer.
- Partner with sales to develop maximum value offerings for prospective customers tailored to their business needs
- Partner with service delivery to ensure effective requirements/design knowledge transfer after sale
- Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor sales resources to cultivate their NetSuite knowledge and consulting / delivery talent to hone their manufacturing industry knowledge
- Cultivate further subject matter expertise through regular learning opportunities and a personalized learning plan
- Achieve and exceed quarterly KPI targets
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of manufacturing operations experience desired, preferably in Life Sciences or Automotive verticals or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Field of study in Accounting or Computer Information Systems is preferred
- Proven expertise in NetSuite ERP solutions from a functional/technical perspective
- 4-5 years’ experience in NetSuite consulting and/or experience executing software demonstrations to prospects, highly desired
- Professional demeanor to represent the company in all instances and to promote strong relationships with clients to continue and build business
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent professional, management-level communication skills with an ability to speak with C-level & client operations personnel regarding current and future state ERP system requirements
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Committed to upholding excellence and consistently achieving outstanding results.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to independently manage and proactively drive projects forward.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- NetSuite ERP Consultant certification, desired
Work Environment:
- This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, Regular Business hours, with some afterhours work as business needs require.
Travel:
- Some travel is required for this position, up to 30% can be expected.
