NetSuite Senior Manager – ERP Advisory

Role Summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced NetSuite Senior Manager to lead ERP transformation initiatives for private equity-backed portfolio companies and middle-market clients. This role combines executive-level client advisory, NetSuite solution leadership, and practice development to help organizations improve operations, scale for growth, and maximize business value.

The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor with deep NetSuite expertise, strong consulting experience, and a proven ability to lead teams, manage complex engagements, and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Engagement Leadership

  • Lead NetSuite implementation, optimization, and transformation engagements.
  • Advise CFOs, Controllers, and executive stakeholders on ERP strategy and business process improvements.
  • Oversee solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Manage multiple client engagements while ensuring quality delivery, client satisfaction, and project profitability.

Practice & Business Development

  • Support practice growth through business development, proposals, and client relationship management.
  • Develop repeatable methodologies, best practices, and NetSuite solution offerings.
  • Partner with other Crowe service lines to deliver integrated client solutions.

People Leadership

  • Mentor and develop consultants and managers.
  • Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and high-quality client delivery.
  • Support recruiting, coaching, and team development initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Administrator, ERP Consultant) strongly preferred.

Experience

  • 8+ years of NetSuite consulting or ERP implementation experience.
  • Experience leading complex ERP implementations and client engagements.
  • Prior consulting and private equity experience preferred.
  • Business development and executive stakeholder management experience is a plus.

Technical Expertise

Strong functional knowledge of NetSuite, including Financials, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory, Reporting, and OneWorld. Familiarity with SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, integrations, SuiteAnalytics, and advanced NetSuite modules is preferred.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $152,200.00 - $251,400.00 per year.
