By joining our rapidly growing NetSuite practice–and working closely with our Private Equity practice–you will serve as a trusted partner to our premier PE-backed clients. As a Director at CrossCountry Consulting, you will be responsible for a mix of client delivery, business development, team leadership, and developing junior team members, as well as serving as a member of CrossCountry’s leadership team. What You'll Do:
- Serve as the Project Lead, owning end-to-end program architecture and NetSuite delivery while defining the future-state technology roadmap and acting as the primary liaison for PE sponsors, portfolio executives, and delivery teams across portfolio initiatives.
- Lead complex, multi-workstream, NetSuite-centric ERP programs, ensuring delivery quality and maintaining timeline and budget discipline through rigorous governance and private-equity-grade ROI, value realization, and risk management.
- Build trusted C‑suite and PE operating partner relationships while leading executive‑level transformation discussions and translating business objectives into actionable, results‑driven technology programs.
- Act as a business and technology advisor, guiding operational and system transformation while driving commercial growth through cross‑selling, proposal development, and account expansion across PE sponsors and portfolio companies.
- Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.
- ·Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes.
- Foster business development opportunities by networking with existing clients, participating in proposal teams to secure new client work, and generating leads from your external network.
- Mentor team members by coaching colleagues, providing regular feedback and annual performance reviews, and helping project teams resolve multifaceted issues.
- Play an active role in attracting, interviewing, hiring, and retaining top talent.
What You'll Bring:
- 10+ years of prior NetSuite experience in a professional services environment (public accounting, advisory firm, or management consulting), including at least 2 years of recent experience advising Private Equity and/or PE-backed clients.
- Demonstrated experience working with clients to rapidly deliver scalable NetSuite architecture, including incorporation of acquisitions, complex workflows, and multi-subsidiary structures.
- Prior experience using one or more of the following tools: NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, Celigo, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
- Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
- Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% as needed; travel varies based on client preferences.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members and helping project teams resolve multifaceted issues.
- Consistent success in building and developing strong client relationships.
