Position Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive NetSuite Administrator to manage and continuously improve our NetSuite ERP platform. This role is central to Tract’s operational infrastructure, supporting core functions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the system meets evolving business needs, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements that drive efficiency and scalability. You’ll also lead technical initiatives such as integrations with third-party tools, data migrations, and system upgrades, while maintaining strong documentation and governance practices. This is a hands-on role with strategic impact, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for NetSuite
- Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards, and customizations
- Support finance, operations, and other teams with reporting, troubleshooting, and process improvements
- Lead system upgrades, integrations, and data migrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions
- Maintain system documentation and ensure data integrity and security
- Train users and provide ongoing support to maximize adoption and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience
- Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financials, Procurement, Inventory, and CRM
- Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics is preferred
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and project management abilities
- NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus
Expected Salary Range: Total Compensation $135,000 to $155,000 (Base + Annual Bonus)
