Job DescriptionRequired Skill Set:
- • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology field
- • Minimum of 2 to 7+ yrs. experience in the software quality assurance industry, preferably in an Agile environment (depending on job level)
- • Working experience with one or more database technologies and knowledge of RDBMS and SQL concepts
- • Working knowledge database technologies (RMBDS and NoSQL)
- • Ability to utilize and manipulate SQL, XML, JSON, JavaScript, etc.
- • Demonstrated proficiency using UNIX/Linux for basic shell & file manipulation
- • Expert in error log troubleshooting
- • Self-sufficient and can lead test plan design and execution
- • Experience with Rally or similar Agile project management and lifecycle tracking tool
- • In-depth knowledge and experience testing Web Service APIs (SOAP & REST)
- • Hands on experience with open-source test tools and automation platforms (FitNesse, REST clients, and Selenium)
- • Works to introduce automation where needed and can promote incorporating automated tests into continuous integration workflows
- • Ability to perform load and performance test scripts utilizing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Grinder, etc.
