The National VP of Sales is responsible for driving growth and shaping the operational strategy for Telix’s U.S. commercial business, with a primary focus on Illuccix®. This role will lead the U.S. sales organization to deliver continuous improvement, market expansion, and profitability. Reporting directly to the VP of Commercial Operations, the National VP will work closely with U.S. Area Vice Presidents to manage all account activity and lead a high-performing sales team. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, strategic leadership, and the ability to influence across Telix America’s commercial, medical, and operational teams.
Key Accountabilities:
• Drive and achieve annual U.S. revenue, delivering the sales plan on a quarterly basis.
• Motivate and direct a team of U.S. Sales AVP’s, applying effective organizational planning and leadership development to enhance employee engagement, accountability, productivity.
• Ensure development of successors for key positions and promotion of high potential talent.
• Collaborate and work cross functionally with peers and colleagues to achieve overall corporate objectives and create an environment of an America’s team.
• Partner with the VP of Marketing in the formulation, interpretation, and implementation of national sales strategies to address issues and opportunities within the US.
• Lead the creation of U.S. incentive compensation plans aligned to the brand's commercial objectives
• Drive sales excellence with focused efforts to increase sales force effectiveness and sales growth exceeding sales targets.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of progressive sales and operations leadership experience in the medical device, biotech, life science or pharmaceutical industries within business functions (Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Business Development)
- Proficiency with sales CRM technology and business analytics platforms like Salesforce.com
- Ability to develop and execute new and innovative sales approaches to enhance and drive top-line revenue growth in the US (in line with the global approach)
- Strong strategic thinker who understands key industry trends and issues and can drive execution of the strategies; rapidly identifies key issues in a complex situation; exceptional skill to organize work and set priorities
- Solid P&L management, financial modeling abilities
- Excellent organizational and motivational leadership skills, including in a cross functional/matrix organization.
- Experience in leading teams through change and growth.
- A team builder who employs expertise and influence to encourage collaboration across boundaries, levels and groups to achieve shared objectives

- 50% travel including within and ex-region
- Promote the fair objective and consistent resolution of employee relations and compliance issues by coaching representatives and partnering with human resources and compliance.
- Monitors national compliance of field sales promotional activity.
- Ensure reporting procedures are taking place.
- Conduct field travel with each head of regional sales on a consistent basis, calling on key accounts, institutions and customers as assigned by the company;
- Establish, model, and maintain competent product knowledge and selling skills standards within the team;
- Plan and conduct effective sales meetings, direct and monitor the execution of approved marketing plans and promotional campaigns;
- Complete records and submit accurate reports as directed by management;
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve regional, area and national goals
