Are you ready to shape Jabra’s Systems Integrator (SI) and AV channel strategy across North America? We are looking for a commercially minded channel leader to build strategic partner relationships, develop a scalable channel model, and accelerate growth across our audio and video collaboration portfolio.

In the role of National Sales Leader - AV/SI Channels in the North America Sales organization, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will set the direction for Jabra’s AV/SI channel, manage a team focused on partner growth and pipeline development, and translate market opportunities into sustainable business outcomes.

The Team you will be part of:

You will join Jabra’s North America commercial organization, working closely with Video Sales, Field Sales, Marketing, Alliances, Distribution, Product, and Partner teams. Together, we bring audio and video collaboration solutions to customers across enterprise, education, healthcare, government, and commercial environments.

Our team combines strategic thinking with disciplined execution. We collaborate across functions and with our partners to create customer value, develop new market opportunities, and build long-term channel relationships.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Define and execute Jabra’s North American AV/SI channel strategy, including partner segmentation, coverage, investment priorities, and growth plans.
  • Manage, coach, and develop the AV/SI channel team through clear goals, operating rhythms, and performance expectations.
  • Build executive relationships with strategic Systems Integrators and establish multi-year joint business plans aligned to shared growth objectives.
  • Own channel revenue, pipeline, forecasting, and partner performance, creating a consistent and disciplined approach to business planning.
  • Develop scalable partner programs that support demand generation, opportunity development, enablement, conversion, and account expansion.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Alliances, Product, and Partner teams to strengthen go-to-market execution and remove barriers to growth.
  • Represent Jabra in partner meetings, customer engagements, executive forums, and industry events, while providing leadership with market, competitive, and channel insights.

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:

  • Bring 10+ years of progressive experience in channel sales, sales leadership, AV integration, Unified Communications, collaboration technologies, strategic partnerships, or a related technology field.
  • Have demonstrated experience managing indirect sales organizations and strategic partners, including Systems Integrators, AV integrators, distributors, or technology partners.
  • Bring a solid understanding of Pro AV, Unified Communications, conferencing, collaboration technologies, indirect sales models, and partner economics.
  • May have experience developing multi-year business plans, managing revenue and pipeline performance, and using commercial insights to prioritize investments.
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, build trust across organizations, and create alignment in a matrixed and changing environment.

Pay Transparency Notice

  • The anticipated total target compensation for this position is $175,000-$220,000 annually, consisting of base salary plus commission.
  • Actual compensation will be determined based on a range of factors, including geographic location, role scope, relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
