This individual must reside in the Southeast/Eastern part of the United States.

Drive Strategic Growth with Motion Industries: Influence Motion’s leadership and field teams to grow Regal Rexnord’s share by positioning us as their preferred supplier across bearings, gearing, motors, conveying systems, and more.

Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central liaison between internal business units, sales teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.

Accelerate Speed to Market: Improve quoting responsiveness and streamline program deployment to position Regal Rexnord as a world-class partner.

Manage High-Volume Requests Prioritize and coordinate large volumes of inbound requests from both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and accountability.

Champion Operational Excellence: Establish and manage a robust operating system that supports root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and consistent communication across all levels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Technical field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development — ideally in Power Transmission, Bearings, or Industrial Distribution
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • This individual must reside in the Southeast/Eastern part of the United States
  • Experience with root cause analysis, decision-making frameworks, and management operating systems
  • Proven ability to manage complexity and drive accountability across teams
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Salary

$130,000 - $150,000 + 30% SICP Bonus

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
