Postion Overview:
Lead the activities of an hybrid sales team dedicated to hunting for Expansion opportunities on Named Accounts across NAMER reporting to the Director of Named Accounts Global Inside Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire, coach, develop talent, team culture and performance management.
  • Establish and maintain effective long term customer relationships through staff.
  • Collaborate with ABM to build campaigns that ensure lead quality with proper closed-loop metric reporting.
  • Develop and leverage relationship with the Named Account and Extended Team Managers to improve performance and to exceed customer expectations.
  • Regularly report on team and individual results:  pipeline, conversion rates and attainment.
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in sales productivity.
  • Chart and deliver timely and accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Ensure CRM tools and Autodesk methodologies are leveraged to process and track opportunities.
  • Direct team with corporate goals and use SMART goals to deliver results.
  • Encourage innovation by exchanging new ideas to improve operation and efficiency within sales and the supporting organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • People management experience over 5 years
  • Experience in the IT Industry
  • Commitment to achieve Sales targets
  • Passion for Hunting and New Business development
  • Experience of management for Account-based Selling
  • Excellent pipeline management skills
  • Ability to deal with complex issues, and unexpected changes,
  • Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on our products and industry knowledge

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $129,300 and $187,110. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries and/or OTE for sales roles, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
