Influur is redefining how advertising works, through creators, data, and AI. Our mission is to make influencer marketing as measurable, predictable, and scalable as paid ads, and we're building the tech that powers it. Backed by top-tier investors and trusted by global brands, we're scaling fast across music and culture.

We’re looking for a Creator Partnerships Manager to lead and scale our creator network and music-driven partnerships across the influencer ecosystem.
This role sits at the intersection of music, creator culture, and growth. You’ll own both the strategy and execution of sound promotion campaigns while building and activating a powerful network of creators who drive viral audio trends across social platforms.

Your Skillset

  • Define and execute the sound promotion and creator partnerships strategy end-to-end, from discovery and outreach to activation, retention, and scale.

  • Bring and activate an existing network of sound promotion and music-driven creators across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, and emerging platforms.

  • Lead end-to-end sound promotion campaigns in partnership with labels, distributors, and artists.

  • Build and manage a high-performing roster of creators specializing in music-driven content, choreography, lip-sync, and trending audio.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with music industry stakeholders including labels, distributors, artist managers, DSPs, and music marketing agencies.

  • Negotiate creator deals and sound promotion packages that drive measurable results for brands and music partners.

  • Identify trending sounds, emerging artists, choreography formats, and viral audio moments early and turn them into campaign opportunities.

  • Build scalable frameworks for creator discovery, vetting, onboarding, and performance tracking.

  • Maintain organized creator databases including contacts, audience demographics, rates, content categories, and campaign history.

  • Use AI tools to accelerate creator sourcing, trend discovery, campaign analytics, and operational workflows.

  • Analyze creator and campaign performance data and translate insights into clear action plans.

  • Build dashboards and reporting structures aligned around sound promotion KPIs and creator performance.

You’re the Type Who

  • Has strong experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or music promotion.

  • Already has a strong network of sound promotion and music-driven creators.

  • Understands how songs break and trend across TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and other short-form platforms.

  • Has working relationships with record labels, distributors, artist managers, and music marketing teams.

  • Is deeply embedded in creator culture and understands what drives virality.

  • Is both strategic and hands-on, able to build systems while executing campaigns.

  • Is highly organized and capable of managing multiple creator relationships and campaigns simultaneously.

  • Is fluent with AI tools, automation workflows, and creator analytics tools.

  • Builds strong trust with creators and partners and communicates clearly with cross-functional teams.

What Success Looks Like in This Role

  • A scalable, high-quality creator network specializing in sound promotion.

  • Fast and reliable execution of sound promotion campaigns that consistently deliver results.

  • Influur becomes a go-to platform for music-driven influencer marketing campaigns.

  • Strong partnerships with labels, distributors, and music marketing teams.

  • Clear reporting frameworks that improve campaign performance and ROI.

What makes us unique
  • Competitive equity in a venture-backed company.
  • Opportunities to grow fast and develop.
  • Remote work.
  • Direct connection to our exclusive community of influencers — from global stars to the next big thing.
